The Centre for Human Flourishing LLC is dedicated to emotional health, wellness and healing. I aim to help you become your best self — to Flourish as a human being. The ancient Greeks called this state, eudaimonia.
I work with individuals, couples, & families with a focus on humane ways of attending to, understanding, and caring for the whole person: mind, body, & spirit, and offer a special kind of collaborative relationship in which reason, language and human presence are the tools for healing, growth, development, maturity, health & wellness.

Health and wellness from a holistic perspective means living in such a way that you minimize the risk of illness. It is a way of living that emphasizes good relationships with other people and with the environment, and that shows concern about what foods and drugs you put in your body. It is a philosophy of living that promotes healthy lifestyle practices as the way to health, happiness, & human flourishing.

A Classical Psychotherapeutic Perspective
Therapy is thought of as a tool for self-development and improving one’s quality of life rather than a medical intervention for illness. It is a process that deals in introspection, emphasizes subjective experience, promotes self-expression, self-actualization, and affirms the human capacity for conscious choice and growth. As autonomous beings, we are capable of overcoming distortions caused by social conditions or lack of information.
